悬挂式导轨抛丸装置建议用于工件批量上料时不能翻转的敏感性工件以及特别复杂、重量大和大型工件的加工处理上。

将这些工件固定在一个吊钩上，然后传输到抛丸机。吊钩的同步旋转和振动式运动能确保由多个抛丸轮推动的抛丸丸料能够使工件得到一致性的加工处理。

迪尔特悬挂式装置属于通用性装置，结构紧凑，所需加工空间较小。

It is suggested that the hanging rail shot blasting device be used for sensitive workpieces which can not be turned over when the workpieces are loaded in batches, as well as for processing workpieces which are particularly complex, heavy and large.           
These workpieces are fixed on a hook and then transferred to the shot blasting machine. The synchronous rotation and vibration movement of the hook can ensure that the shot blasting materials pushed by multiple shot blasting wheels can make the workpiece get consistent processing.
