辊道通过式抛丸机–长形和/或扁平形工件的连续式加工

辊道通过式抛丸清理机是根据用户要求而设计制作的一种新型的专用设备，

它适用于对标准H型钢、非标H型钢、钢结构等机械行业的表面清理。

不但可以去除工件表面的铁锈、氧化皮、污物等，使工件表面呈现金属本色，消除工件内部应力，提高工件抗疲劳性能，

增加工件喷漆时的漆膜附着力，并达到提高工件表面及内在质量的目的。

辊道通过式抛丸机由抛丸清理室、抛丸器总成、丸料循环净化系统(螺旋输送器、提升机、分离器、弹丸控制系统)

辊道输送系统、吹扫机构、检修平台、除尘系统、气控系统、电气控制系统等组成。 

特殊设计的辊道设备专门用于焊接结构件的复杂表面抛丸清理。比如，结构件的顶板和底板、焊接筋板和支撑板、以及焊缝等的除锈和除垢。
